Our Menu Planning and Grocery Shopping Service is perfect for those individuals who do love to be in the kitchen but don't have time to sit and plan out a menu or to even get out to shop.   A recent Statistics Canada study found that on average, Canadians spend about 2 hours a day cooking, washing up, and shopping for households cookds and services. (http://www.statcan.ca/english/Pgdb/famil36a.htm) As our lives become more and more hectic, we are realizing that certain things can be delegated so we can have more time for ourselves. If you love to cook and want healthy and delicious meals on your dinner table, give us a call and we can help make that happen!   This is also a great way to save time and still adhere to any diet plan you may be following. Chef Keitha and her team creat menus for Weight Watchers, the Zone, South Beach Diet and Atkins clients.   This service comes in two forms. We can either do the grocery shopping for you or simply provide you with the lists so you can do the shopping on your own. It's up to you. Either way, you'll save tons of time each week and still have your time in the kitchen.   Fees for our Menu Planning and Shopping Service   Grocery Shopping and Menu Planning Service $350/month* Menu Planning Service $275/month* Weekly Service $35/hr. with a 3 hour minimum* *Does not include the cost of groceries   The Grocery Shopping and Menu Planning Service includes recipes for 5 days a week for one month, one meal/day and grocery shopping once a week. The groceries will be delivered to your home along with your recipes and instructions. The Menu Planning Service includes recipes and detailed grocery lists for 5 days a week for one month, one meal/day and will be emailed to the address the client provides once a week. Please not, as extra attention is required should your require a menu with special dietary needs a $25 fee will be applied to each delivery date. A deposit is due prior to each delivery date.
